PROFILE
Kevin E Mullican, a native of Jacksonville and the Beaches, graduated with honors from the University of Florida's College of Architecture in 1988. Since then, his primary career focus has been on custom residential design in the Jacksonville area. From small kitchen renovations to new custom homes and conceptual design for out-of-state properties, his design philosophy is always the same. He believes in a client-centric approach that stresses the importance of listening to the client in order to have a complete understanding of the homeowner's lifestyle and visions for the home.
For Kevin, the design process always begins with a thoughtful conversation with the homeowner. From there, he is able to add his professional design and space planning expertise to create a working partnership with the client and the builder to move the homeowner's vision from dream to paper then ultimately reality.
